What is QR code error correction?
Error correction determines how much of a QR code can get dirty, scratched or partly covered — by a logo in the center, for example — and still scan correctly. It ranges from L (~7% tolerance) to H (~30%). Higher levels make the pattern denser, so use the lowest level that fits your case.
PNG or SVG: which one to download?
PNG is a pixel image — it works well on screens and for most everyday printing. SVG is vector-based: it can be scaled to any size, like a large banner or a printed sign, without losing sharpness.
Why does a WiFi QR code connect without typing the password?
It stores the network name, password and security type in a format phones already recognize — scanning it lets the device offer to connect directly.

- Is my QR Code content sent to any server?
- No. The QR Code is assembled and drawn entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent, saved or logged anywhere.
- What's the difference between downloading PNG or SVG?
- PNG is a pixel image, great for screens and most printing. SVG is vector-based: it can be scaled to any size (e.g. a large banner) without losing sharpness.
- What is error correction (L, M, Q, H)?
- It's how much of the QR Code can get dirty, scratched or covered (for example, by a logo) and still be readable. L allows the least damage, H allows the most — but higher levels make the pattern denser.
- Will my QR Code still work printed small?
- Yes, as long as you keep a margin (quiet zone) around it and don't shrink it below roughly 2×2 cm for typical printing. For very small sizes, use a higher error correction level.
